This All Levels Candlelight Flow class links together movement and breath. This type of practice helps you towork on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels to connect the mind with the body and relieve stress and anxiety. Let go of judgment and anything that does not serveyou. Just come as you are. All are welcome.
